    "Useless "

    Did not understand English whatsoever - don't take money from account then write to me saying I haven't paid. Told they are setting up direct debit - never happens. Call again and they don't understand - pay again over phone. Confused to hell with them.

    "Incompetent organisation"

    BLS write sackfuls of letters to their ' customers ' but you try writing back to them at their PO Box Number in Oxford: I guarantee you will not get a reply even if you send them registered and/or recorded. Not only do they never reply but the contents of your letters will not be recorded by them or even passed on to their Indian Call Centres: I speak with over 10 years of experience of dealing with BLS so the assumption is that perhaps this PO Box Number doesn't exist or no one services it: I will be investigating this issue with the Post Office as I think that this situation could be illegal within the framework of the FCA and/or the Office of Fair Trading.
