Capquest letters are very intimidating and a form of bullying tactics in order to make people pay. My son is a victim of ID theft and with all the amount of computer technology they should be providing more evidence to prove my son owes this money but no they just provided an agreement with a printed name on it. I will be one who complains to the OFT.
I had a contract with vodafone which was a two year contract which was a laptop £25 a month. all of a suddden ,i was not being able to use the net work .i had called vodafone several times to resolve the problem but vodafone was not able to help me with the situation.so i called vodafone to terminate the contract because i cannot pay for service that iam using.this laptop is less than £200 and i have paid for more than ten months and now they have sent me a bill of £452 to pay which i donnt agree to pay .i can only pay for the price of the laptop or return the laptop to them because it is not my fault.
