Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions (C.A.R.S)

Please note that if you want to speak or complain to this creditor, you need to contact them directly. We’ve added their contact details below. We (Debt Line) can only help you with your creditors if you’ve entered into a debt solution (for example, a Debt Management Plan) through us.

Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions is a debt recovery company.

They buy debt that is in arrears from finance companies, telecommunications suppliers and other companies that you may have fallen behind on your repayments to. Despite them usually buying the debt for much less than you owe, they will often chase you for the full amount of the debt.

Many debt recovery companies have been accused of trying to force customers to pay more than they can afford each month. This breaks rules set out by The Office of Fair Trading.

If you are experiencing problems with repaying Creditlink Account Recovery debt,  fill in our simple form on the right and we’ll call you back to see if we can help.

We never charge you any upfront fees for our initial advice and will only recommend a solution that is right for you based on your circumstances. To find out more about our fees, please click here.

    "Very rude and arrogant"

I've had cars calling up a few times now, however, they wouldn't tell me who they were or what they wanted. They refused to speak to me without me disclosing my address, which I didn't do, their address was at least 2 years old. Nor would they say who was chasing the debt. The man on the phone was just pig ignorant and threatening. I called up anyone who I created an account with whilst I was living in Bristol and tracked it down to Fitness First, when I spoke to the branch she confirmed my contract has expired IN December and I had payed my last installment in November, but they had kept the account open which is what Cars were chasing, one phone call wiped everything as there was no debt to pay. But they still keep calling!!!! Bunch of idiots.
