Keep phoning our telephone numbers asking for an alan Wooldridge. Mostly automated number unavailable calls. Today called from 01702 44479. They told the member of staff who answered the call that Alan Wooldrige had given the telephone number as his place of employment. When I called them back they said they had no record of any of the numbers they had been calling calling us on, said it must be a wrong number. These calls have been going on for weeks, but today is the first time that the number has not been withheld. Fenton Cooper is certainly not the type of business I would call professional.
I have made arrangements through the Citizens Advice Bureau to make reduced payments which I can afford. Granted they are very small as I am unemployed, but they are payments. Every six months or so they cold call me and demand to speak to me about the debt. I ask them to speak to my Money adviser at the CAB but they keep calling me. Today they have called me for the fifth time this week (today is 11/02/11) and claim that they have sent me three letters which I have not responded to. I have not received any letters and I don't think even Royal Mail could lose that many. They are now resorting to harassment tactics as the people who call are in a call centre and are working on commission.
