Total crooks 0844 number at 10p a minute to TRY and pay off a balance. The company quite clearly do not read correspondence or answer any queries and instead use bullish behaviour to rob you of interest, even though it was an error on their behalf that caused my DD to be cancelled. Stay well clear of any finance agreement with this company!!! They will do anything to add interest on your interest free loan. I have now paid them in full even though I stil have 3 months Interest free time left. Why? Because I don't trust them or like the way they correspond and deal with their customers and the way they try and rob you.

    "Settlement figure"

I have requested a settlement figure from this company 3 times now with no success. They do not provide this over the phone and only send out settlement figures by letter, the female I spoke to today advised me that this will take 2 weeks!! So because of their archaic and shoddy business practice I will now end up paying them more interest. The staff are also unhelpful and sound like they think they are doing you a favour by holding a conversation with you. Do not deal with this company, I certainly won't be in the future, they are utter rubbish!
