    "awful"

i work for a claims management company and have done for many years, i recently ran into a problem with anne clare on the ppi line she is a manager, now under the data protection act if the customer allows it, a 3 way call is fine and i know 100% that marks and spencers do conferences as i have done them many times. now i am absolutely appalled with the service anne clare has given me and i would like and email in response as soon as possible.

    "marks and spencer"

Marks and spencer are the most decent creditors that i have experienced. They didnt bombard me with all this threatening calls and mails but rather reminded me mostly by mail to contact them or get help if i was experiencing money problems. They stopped the interest accruing from the time i notified them that i was on debt management plan. I remain very pleased with them.
