I live at 2a sussex st cleethorpes dn35 7np , I have lived here for 7mths having taken the tenancy in January , the tenant before me Mr, Robert Samwell did a runner from this property leaving a debt on the meter of £479 ,I was left the prepayment cards so have been topping the gas and electic up ,it wasnt until we recieved a letter from N Power that my granddaughter opened by mistake did we realize this . I have on quite a few occasions phoned Npower and explained,that this person doesnt live here and that I shouldnt be paying is debt back but do they listen no, sent letters back which had Mr Robert Samwell's name ,(took photo copys of all letters sent back )on saying no longer here but no one is listening. I am off to see a solicitor because now this is beyond a joke, I am on a fixed income and it is making me ill plus I cannot afford to keep topping the gas up,its just a shame I need my cooker or I just wouldnt use the gas at all . What is so annoying is I have tried to change suppliers for the electicity /gas , the electricity was accepted but because of Mr Robert Samwell I cannot change even though I am not him , Ms S Barker so so digusted wouldnt recommend NPower to any one
i am so sorry for taking on this company please ,at first i had arranged to pay the same as i already were paying the suppliers,and then without notice they took more than they should,from £90 a month at first,then they read my metre,and never told me £280,my problem then were getting my money back,which also included a £100,cash back if you take both gas and eletric with them,two years and never had a penny,i so i didnt leave but thought that if i did they wouldnt pay me my money,but that didnt happen anyway,i changed from them to eon.because £for 3months they told there giving me money back but instead they started to take £360 a month.i am trying to get my money money back,
