    "Ridiculous Charges"

I got home yesterday to a soliciters letter from these thieving horrible people. An account I haven't used for over two years was 23p short from a paypal debit for seller fees (Such a long time ago I had forgotten about the automatically deducted payment). These daylight robbers have now demanded over £400 IN BANK CHARGES FROM ME! Banks are so quick to act nice when you pay a large sum of money in but as soon as you struggle it is like they prey on the poor to rob them in bank charges! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO STOP THIS!

    "Nationwide Building Society"

Hi, following on my from comments in August, I did make a formal complaint to the Office of Fair Trading and surprisingly the Nationwide wrote to me to apologise and that they didn't intend to make me feel bullied. They kept quite for a while but a few months back they got KPR (there own debt recovery people) to contact me to tell me I had breached my payments terms. Stay strong as they will just keep trying to scare you..thank goodness Im with Debt Line as I would have jumped off a cliff by now.
