    "natwest are unhelpful disgraceful sharks"

    I was a student in financial difficulty and despite being on a debt management plan and making regular substantial payments they took me to court without adequate comunication and sesicured a ccj. They then took me to court again to attach debt to land registry of my home but this time i challenged and they lost. Despite now being free i am left with this ccj on record affecting my prospects of a move all because they didnt accept my monthly psyments thst i could afford which was over 165 pounds per month. They should be ashamed. The customer service is the most shocking i have ever experienced. They are unprofessional unhelpful shsrks they neef dtriking off

    "Credit card"

    I have been charged interest three times on a closed credit card with a fully paid off balance! Next stop, ombudsman and official complaint.
