    "Re-payment hassles :("

Me and my partner have a JR Naylors loan out. we took it out a little before last Christmas. For a couple of weeks repayments were going fine then all of a sudden our local collection agent stopped calling round for their re-payments. Several times we recieved phone calls regarding the repayments. each time we arranged a day and a time to collect. The agent still never turned up. After a month or so of the area manager phoning we started to recieve letters threatening to pass our account over to debt recovery. After calling several times more to explain that our rep still wasnt calling for our money the area manager turned up to start collecting our money until he could find a replacement rep for our area. Although the issue is sorted now in regards to a collection agent people should always take the time to work out if they actually need the hassle of door step lending. We will never take another door step loan ever again.
