I recieved a letter date 17.07.2013 signed by Mark Galloway. Regarding a unsuported alegation that I had a sum of £197.06. Account No; 5416476066709402 Outstanding. Despite a letter to the CEO of Viking and the CEO of The Lewis Group. I have not had the courtesy of a reply from either party. I DO NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE. I HAVE NO ACCOUNT WITH EITHER COMPANY. I AWAIT SOME EXPLANATION FROM YOUR COMPANY TO EXPLAIN WHY I HAVE RECIEVED THIS COMMUNICATION.
since getting involved with my account to close of account.my thoughts are not just my own but from one of your staff.You still want me to ring you about a 2 pence credit on account on a 0845 number is sick at the best of times.As for not being able to ring me back when asked because you can't ,who phoned me at the begining then in a threating manner is a mystery when you can't ring back?
